Nestled in the mountains south of Kelowna is the Upper Mission/Kettle Valley neighborhood.

This is a fairly recent neighborhood having being built in the last 20 years. As you continue along Lakeshore drive and continue straight up the mountainside, you will pass numerous apple and cherry orchards. This is also home to some great wineries with historical pasts like Cedar Creek, Summerhill Estate and St Hubertus! There is an elementary school in place and a high school in the design phase of being built. Down the hill, there is a small plaza for groceries and other amenities such as a vegetable market and restaurant. Behind much of the Mountainous terrain are a multitude of hiking and biking trails. There are a few condos in this neighborhood and most of them are row houses or townhomes.
