This neighborhood is very centrally located in the city between Lower Glenmore and Rutland, surrounded by orchards to the south and a very busy commercial and business district to the North.

It is in close proximity to Orchard Park Mall, the largest mall in the Southern Interior, and very close to the home of the Kelowna Farmer’s Market on Saturday and Wednesday. You will find there a fantastic regional park, the Mission Greenway, which boasts some of Kelowna’s best and longest uninterrupted biking and recreation trails (over 10 km).

Also in this neighborhood, some of Kelowna’s largest office spaces are located in the Landmark office towers. A large variety of condos are available here, including great developments of row houses and high rise options as well as older semi-detached townhomes.
