Just south of Downtown Kelowna lies one of the best neighborhoods in the region. Pandosy Village and Lower Mission are shining examples of why people are flocking to live in Kelowna!

In Pandosy Village, there is a charming main street with great local artisan shops and a multitude of dining options. Before you enter Pandosy Village, you will see the Kelowna General Hospital cluster of buildings.

This includes the much important BC Cancer Agency treatment Centre, the recently finished Centennial Wing Tower and the newly constructed Cardiac Centre. KGH is at the forefront of medical treatments and is a teaching hospital, bringing in students from UBCO. Because of the large concentration of health care professionals, Pandosy Village and Lower Mission continue to be a great rental investment environment!

Just down the road is Lower Mission, keeping the small community feel of Pandosy Village but more residential. There are great beaches and restaurants here, Gyro Beach Park, and Rotary Beach to name a few. Here you will see families and the young play volley ball, stand up paddle, kayak and picnic on the beautiful shoreline! Several resorts dot the road in this area, offering great lake-side dining choices.

This part of Lower Mission has some of the best family-focused resorts. Some of the region’s top schools (4 in total) are here, as well as the H20 Wave pool and CNC Recreation Centre (with 4 arenas). From the Lower Mission, you are in close proximity to Mission Creek Greenway Park with its numerous trails and over 10 km of biking and walking along the Mission Creek. These neighborhoods have many different styles, ages and varieties of condos. Having a high concentration of multi-family homes, the area is very attractive for renters, buyers and investors alike!
